FAQs

We collect a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your rental to hold your date. If not paid in full the remaining balance is due within 72 hours prior to the scheduled setup time or subject to cancellation.

Our bounce houses can only be setup on flat surface with enough space that nothing will be touching the house.
Also, we will need access to an electrical outlet within 50 feet of house setup

Please, no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can damage the vinyl.
Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace our equipment
We do not offer rentals to events where guests are using face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer, the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.
Adult supervision is always required.

Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph or serious injury and damage could occur.
If there is heavy rain (0.15") the day of your event and your event is outdoors, the deposit will be held, and you will be able to reschedule for any future date within 12 months

We understand, plans can change! If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your $50 non-refundable deposit and you can reschedule for any future date (subject to availability) within 12 months unless you cancel with less than 72 hours notice.
When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date.

Yes, you can absolutely book both the inflatable and the event space together! Whether you're planning a birthday party, family gathering, or community event, we’re happy to bundle rentals to fit your vision. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll help coordinate all the details to make your event seamless and fun.

We offer free delivery within Kitsap County, Belfair and Gig Harbor. If your event is located outside of the Kitsap County and our normal service area, we will contact you upon booking with the additional delivery fee information.

Police, Fire + Active-duty Military members will receive 10% off there booking with proof a valid ID upon booking
