  • Creative Space:

    This is for a private rental and includes use of the 1000 sq ft creative space with a refrigerator, oven, and bluetooth speaker for up to 15 guests.

    • 1 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $65

    • 2 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $130

    • 3 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $195

    • 5 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $260

    Perfect for photographers, content creators, or fitness classes and workshops.

    *$50 non-refundable deposit required upon approval to secure your booking

    *all guests must be 18+ unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.

    *not available on Sundays

  • This is for a private rental  and includes use of The Event Space with television for presentations, a refrigerator, oven, bluetooth speaker plus tables and additional chairs for up to 20 guests.

    • 1 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $75

    • 2 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $150

    • 3 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $225

    • 4 Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $300

    Perfect for workshops, meetups, or special gatherings

    *$50 non-refundable deposit required upon approval to secure your booking

    *all guests must be 18+ unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.

  • Event Rentals:

    This is for a private party and includes use of The Event Space for an event with a refrigerator, oven, bluetooth speaker plus tables, black covers and additional chairs for up to 35 guests.

    • 4 - Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) – $415

    • 6 - Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $575

    • 8 - Hour Rental (includes setup and cleanup) - $700

    *evenings and Sundays only

    *you are welcome to bring in any additional items or tables and chairs to your rental.

FAQs

  • Depending on the day of the week and the rental type the space can accommodate 15-35 people. To see the booking options please tab on them above

  • Absolutely! We want the space to fit your needs and vision so please feel free to bring in any additional decor and just follow setup instructions in your contract including no permanent damage like holes to the wall, or glitter. 


  • Yes, we provide tables and chairs for Workshop and Event Rentals. You're welcome to set them up however you'd like, or we can have them ready for you.

  • Yes! It's no party without food and drinks. However, if it is a public facing event Washington only allows food that is packaged or prepared by a licensed food vendor or store to be served. Also, any alcoholic beverage for public events does require licensing and you can obtain a day permit to serve it through the state.

  • We do have bathroom access during your rental just across the outdoor breezeway in the main building.
